However there is a good 3 view drawing of torpedo boat #80. The detail on the A class onwards is far more precise. Sorry no ISBN # Also an 1961 Ian Allen London -Paperback - Warships of WW1 #3 Destroyers by HM Fleming is a much more concise synopsis of the classes from A onwards. Looks like you have picked a Pre evolutionary subject as little seems to have existed prior to 1893 according to these sources. The A.J.Fisher Co. of Royal Oak Mi was a manufacturer of model ship fittings and a supplier of those plans, but they have been out of business for several years. Does anyone on the list have a set of those plans, or more information about them?
